Summer...right around the corner?

Daddy is throwing me up in the air because we are really excited: we just got a brand new boat!  Mommy, Daddy and I have been boat shopping for awhile and finally decided on this beautiful Chaparral.  We are hoping to have the opportunity to cruise around this weekend. But first, let me show you around...

Here is a photo of my bed...it is just the coolest!  It has its own curtain, two small lamps and little porthole, which mom explained is really just a window on a boat.  I can stand up in my bed and am so excited for my first sleepover on the boat.  I won't forget to bring my blanket and pillow...

Here is a shot of daddy sitting with me in the dinette.  This is where we'll have our meals when we don't eat outside.  I'm looking out the window searching for "fishies" - mommy thinks I will have a better shot of spotting one once the boat actually goes in the water.

Here is another shot of the dinette, taken from my mom and dad's bed.  We are lucky to have a TV, DVD player and stereo system on the boat...so I'll still be able to watch Elmo when I need a little bit of down time.

Daddy and I are posing with the new boat!  Just a few more days and the boat will go into the water...we're hoping to enjoy our first days of family cruising over Memorial Day Weekend.  We haven't had much of a spring here in Connecticut but are hopeful that summer is right around the corner.  Check back soon for more photos of the Seymour family out on the boat.
